Tommy Segoro – Director

Tommy has been investing in property since 2006, and currently hold 9 properties. His background was in software development and consultancy which he has been doing for more than 20 years. Through this expertise, it has allowed him to be very analytical and data-driven when it comes to buying properties. He has also built some in-house automation software to assist clients with their property purchase. Tommy is multi-lingual and speaks Indonesian and English.

Nicolai Abano – Buyers Agent Associate

Nicolai is a property investor himself with couple of properties under his belt. Similar to Tommy, he also comes from IT background that allows him to be analytical and data-driven in his finding of properties. More than that, he used to run a wedding photography business which gives him great attention to detail and is very useful when it comes to viewing and inspecting a property. Nicolai is also multi-lingual and speaks Filipino and English.

Moi Tjin Tjhin – Buyers Agent Associate

Moi Tjin came from accountancy background and has been an accountant for many-many years. Her proficiency with numbers and attention to detail will be a huge contribution to the team. With multiple investment properties under her belt Moi will be a perfect candidate to assist with all of our buyers’ needs. Moi speaks Indonesian, English and Hakka.

Pranav “Nav” Batra – Buyers Agent Associate

Pranav “Nav” is a passionate property investor who has multiple investment properties under his belt. Nav has an astute interest in Economics, and thus has a very good understanding of supply and demand factors that impact property markets. Nav is fun, easy going, and is a great listener who will truly work with you in understanding your brief to get you the best outcome. He is located in Bunbury and will be our champion for buyers looking to buy in the area, as well as WA in general.
